Envirocon chlorine dioxide

EnviroCON is part of the chlorine dioxide family of products. EnviroCON was developed by Bio-Cide International and is responsible for controlling microorganisms and their grown. This deodorizer is considered antimicrobial, efefctive against a wide variety of ogranisms, yeasts and molds. EnviroCON is a staple within the HVAC industry due to its ability to eliminate odors caused by microorganisms, as well as mold, mildew and bacteria.

How it Works?

Here at United Air Care, our technicians are experienced and dedicated to providing top of the line service and safety. When using EnviroCON we make sure to follow  the right procedures and safety precautions. Initially, our technicians apply a liberal amount of the cleaner to the point of origin for the odor. For example, since EnviroCON can be used wherever needed, you can apply to duct work, evaporator coils and other air conditioning equipment. Of course, the cleaner is used to eliminate the bacteria, mold and mildew. Pretty much all of the agents contributing to the release of odor.

United Air Care technicians will make sure to measure out the correct amount and the cleaner will be applied while the system fan is running, to make sure it coats all necessary surfaces. One gallon of EnviroCON is used to treat a small home or apartement (1000-1500 square feet). Of course, you must allow the cleaner several minutes to make its way though the duct work.

The great thing about EnviroCON is its low toxicity and ideal safety rating by the EPA. Like many of our other cleaners, this product also falls in the third category of safety. This means that you must of course use with caution, but the chemicals in EnvironCON are not highly toxic and the product can be used in populated areas. Additionally, the chemicals are non flammable and it does not even have to be rinsed - this means less time for application and more time for you to enjoy your fresh home!
