Freshduct odor eliminator

Freshduct Odor Eliminator is a odor controlling solution specially formulated to eliminate pesky odors and other sources of indoor air pollution. The solution is gentle and harmless, but it works effectively and quickly. The formula is specially made to work on lined and un-lined duct work, along with other odor causing areas of the home, such as: air ducts, crawl spaces, attics, basements and offices.

How it works?

Freshduct Odor Eliminator is made from a special formula that does not use perfumes or oils. This is vital because perfumes and oils not only add a potentially unwanted scent, but these elements also increase air pollution / contaminants inside. Instead, Freshduct focuses on eliminating odors using BBJ EnviroGard™ control agents. BBJ EnviroGard™ is called an encapsulator and controls odors by capturing and breaking down the molecules, while simultaneously releasing a fresh, almost unscented, fragrence. This leaves the air clean and crisp without any toxic or biodegradable ingredients. This means there's no need to even leave the area during application.

BBJ's Freshduct Odor Eliminator is also easy to use and does not irritate the homeowners. United Air Care understands the importance of being comfortable in your own home and this is why we use a product like the FreshDuct. The spray is easily applied with an industrial air sprayer, or fogging device (which we provide). You must thoroughly cover the effected area and leave it to settle for a few minutes. There is absolutely no rinse necessary and the product will not bleach or discolor most of your fabrics.

The good thing about this product is that there is no irritation to the homeowners and our technicians will be able to do their work without evacuating the premise.  Of course, our technicians might need to use a commercial duct cleaner, and the equipment, to clean the area prior to application of the odor eliminator. This is to remove dirt, mold, dust and other debris before applying the odor eliminator.
