Nu-Brite Cleaning product

Nu-brite is a non-acide, alkaline-based cleaning product used to eliminate dirt and brighten the cleaned surface. This product is most commonly used on air cooled condensers.The product is made from high quality detergents, used for foaming, and chelants. Nu-brite is able to quickly break through and dissolve grease, dirt, grime and rust right out of any coil. This is a much safer alternative to an acid based cleaner, safe for use in residents.

Nu-brite is indended to be used outside, where you find most air cooled condensers and cooling coils. The alkaline based solution is just as strong as its acidic counterpart, without the dangerous characteristics. This cleaning product is not for use inside the home and should be used in conjuction with spray equipment to clean the hard to reach areas.

 

 

 

 

How to Use Nu-Brite?

United Air Care technicians are trained in the use of all cleaning chemicals. Our personnel will begin by applying protective goggles, gloves and garments. They will then continue to shut off your system before cleaning anything. Once these precautions have been met, one part of the solution will be mixed with three to four parts of water. The water will be added first, then the cleaner.

It's recommended that the Nu-brite solution be applied via an industrial powered sprayer. Our technicians will provide all equipment necessary for cleaning. They will spray the solution onto coils and dirty surfaces, give it 5-10 minutes to settle and proceed to clean it off. The technicians will make sure to rinse thoroughly with water and apply a coating of coil protector, then return the system to service.
