Our mission here at United Air Care is to be one of the most comprehensive and informational air duct / air conditioning websites on the web. For this reason, we have compiled a list of Rebate & Tax Credit Forms for your use. These rebate and tax forms should be used where applicable and are very easy to download.

Note: Some forms for 2011 are not yet available. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will be updating the site as soon as we recieve the updated forms. Thank you!

Click on the above button to open the Cash for Appliances Rebate Form. To save the form Right Click -> Save Link As and choose where you want the file to download. To be eligible to receive a California Cash for Appliances rebate, you must submit a complete application within 120 days of purchase of a qualified appliance.

Rebates are for existing single-family detached homes, attached homes (up to four-plex), condominiums and mobile homes. New construction homes do not qualify.
