steps involving air duct cleaning include:

Many people suffer from allergies as a reaction to pollen, mold, bacteria, dust and also pet dander. These particles settle in the duct system and are re-circulated every time the furnace blower is operating. The company’s professionally trained technicians will not only eliminate most of the mentioned particles but also can improve efficiency of the air conditioner and furnace by improving air flow. Do not forget that no one can change the fact that our indoor air is more polluted then the outdoor air and after all we spend between 60%-90% of our time indoors.

For this very reason, United Air Care techns will pre-inspect the customer’s home air duct system and inform them about the services that are needed and the cost before anything is performed. Once a comprehensive examination has taken place, our technicians will inform the customer and have them make a decision as to whether or not they want to continue with said services.

checklist

A good example of our normal operations, once agreed upon, include:
  • Technicians remove vent covers
  • Clean the entire air duct system using a powerful negative pressure vacuum among other specialized tools.
  • Technicians will also carefully clean the blower and liquid-clean the "A" Coil
  • Technicians will then finish the service by removing dust from your system
  • Put the air duct system back together and clean up any remaining debris in the work area
  • Deodorize and sanitize the entire system.
